Key Accounts Manager

This role is to handle the TVS Motors Key accounts. 
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow key accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our products and services. - Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure account growth and retention. - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for further collaboration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and production to ensure timely delivery and support. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management. - Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company’s offerings and build relationships with potential clients. Skills Required: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and account growth. - Analytical mindset to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement. - Project management skills to coordinate with various teams and ensure timely project delivery. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.Tools Required: - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Data analysis and reporting tools - Communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) - Presentation software for client meetings and internal reporting
