Requirement - Key Accounts Manager - Solar Mandatory Experience - Institutional Sales Location: PAN India Role & responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically targeting EPC companies, large system integrators, and C&I clients to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for solar inverters and energy storage solutions. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the institutional solar market, focusing on acquiring and developing relationships with key decision-makers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and positioning Eastman's solutions as strategic advantages. Act as a trusted advisor and solution provider. Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross selling our range of products. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of exceptional customer service. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of institutional clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the solar institutional sector to identify opportunities and potential risks. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Represent Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and generate new leads. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system. Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events across India Experience & Skills: Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy preferred), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years plus of progressive experience in B2B sales & Key Account management within renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on the EPC and C&I segments. Proven track record of successfully managing large institutional clients and achieving significant sales growth. Deep understanding of the solar project lifecycle, including technical and commercial aspects relevant to EPCs and C&I customers. Excellent understanding of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid inverter technologies, as well as energy storage systems and their applications in institutional projects. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical and commercial information clearly and concisely.
