Role Overview

The Enterprise Key Account Manager is a strategic, senior sales role responsible for managing and growing relationships with Selloships largest and most critical enterprise clients in the Surat region. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, strategic planning, and relationship management to drive long-term value and significant revenue growth from key accounts.

Major Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account Management & Growth

  • Relationship Ownership:

    Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of

    high-value, enterprise-level clients

    in Surat.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop and execute comprehensive

    Key Account Plans

    focused on penetration, retention, and maximum revenue growth (upselling and cross-selling) within assigned accounts.
  • Target Achievement:

    Meet and exceed assigned

    sales quotas and strategic account objectives

    on a consistent basis.

2. Sales Execution & Business Development

  • Solution Selling:

    Proactively identify client needs and pain points to propose and sell Selloships

    integrated solutions

    and services.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitable terms and long-term commitment from enterprise clients.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting business closures and tracking progress using the CRM system.

3. Internal & External Coordination

  • Client Advocacy:

    Act as the voice of the client internally, coordinating with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of high-priority issues.
  • Market Insight:

    Stay continuously informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and enterprise client business strategies in the Surat market.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    1-3 years of proven experience in

    Key Account Management

    or

    Enterprise Sales

    , preferably within the logistics, technology, or B2B service sector.
  • Skills:

    Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must possess a deep understanding of the Surat business ecosystem.
