Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a part of the Business team, you will be at the forefront of GrayQuests growth in your

assigned region. Your role will encompass:

Manage end-to-end relationships with key B2B clients from onboarding to renewal.
Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and propose customized solutions.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
Create account strategies, conduct periodic business reviews, and track sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and finance) to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial, and high-energy individuals who are ready to take on a leadership role in driving GrayQuests growth. The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
