Role & responsibilities

As a part of the Business team, you will be at the forefront of GrayQuests growth in your

assigned region. Your role will encompass:

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with key B2B clients from onboarding to renewal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
  • Create account strategies, conduct periodic business reviews, and track sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and finance) to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial, and high-energy individuals who are ready to take on a leadership role in driving GrayQuests growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
