Maintain and grow long-term relationships with assigned accounts. Onboard new key accounts, ensuring smooth integration with Selloship’s services. Develop customized logistics and shipping strategies to optimize client satisfaction and performance. Monitor client usage, performance metrics, and operational issues; proactively address and resolve them. Coordinate with operations, tech, and customer support teams to ensure service delivery excellence. Upsell new features, services, and courier options to existing accounts. Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports. Identify new opportunities within existing clients for expansion and referrals. Gather feedback to help enhance product offerings and service levels.
