Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Executive

Location: Noida

Department: Sales / Operations

Language - (Kannada), English & Hindi

Role Overview:

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of

assigned leadsfrom confirmation to successful conversion. This role requires

strong coordination with vendors, ensuring smooth operations, resolving queries,

and maintaining healthy relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent

communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple

stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Confirm and validate incoming leads for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assign leads to appropriate vendors and monitor progress.
  • Drive lead conversions with a target of 30%+ pickup success rate.

2. Vendor Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for all vendor-related queries.
  • Manage vendor ledgers, ensuring timely reconciliation and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve vendor issues related to technology, operations,

and payments.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Track and report lead status, conversion metrics, and vendor

performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of

processes.

  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.

4. Query Resolution

  • Handle end-to-end query resolution for vendors, ensuring quick

turnaround.

  • Maintain high standards of service and relationship management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and lead conversion strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in account management, sales operations, or vendor

coordination.

  • Experience in lead management and conversion will be an added advantage.

Performance Metrics:

  • Lead confirmation accuracy.
  • Pickup conversion rate (30%+ target).
  • Vendor satisfaction and query resolution turnaround time.
