As a Business Development Executive – International Sales, you will:

• Identify and reach out to potential international clients
• Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, Facebook, and online directories
• Understand client requirements and provide customized training solutions
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline using CRM tools
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal English communication skills (a must)
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and communication platforms (VOIP, email, etc.)
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in international business development is a plus
