Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, with a focus on project sales within the assigned territory or branch.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for project needs.
• Present company products or services to potential clients during in-person meetings, tailored to the specific needs of each project.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while safeguarding company interests.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and delivery, to ensure that project specifications are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to the sales manager, detailing progress on project sales and potential opportunities.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional post-sale customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance project sales performance, including identifying key market segments and potential growth areas.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, particularly how they apply to specific projects or client needs.
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, project timelines, and outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in field sales or a related role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of Structures and Strength of Materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable Two-wheeler vehicle.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
