We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Marketing who can drive high-volume lead generation and manage key outreach activities to support our expansion. Role: Key Account Manager – Marketing Primary Goal: Collect minimum 6000 qualified leads per month 5-6LPA fixed + 50K retention bonus + 1.5Lakhs Variable Pay Location: Lucknow Key Responsibilities Strategize and execute marketing activities to achieve the monthly target of 4000+ verified leads. Build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, training centres, and other channels for data collection. Coordinate and supervise marketing interns/outreach teams for on-ground lead collection. Track daily lead numbers, maintain reports, and ensure data quality. Develop new ideas and local campaigns to increase lead flow. Nurture relationships with key academic institutions for continuous lead pipelines. Collaborate with the sales & counselling teams to align lead requirements. Ensure brand visibility through on-ground marketing activities. Requirements MBA passouts and Immediate Joiner Experience in lead generation, field marketing, or key account handling. Strong communication(Mandatory), coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to meet aggressive targets with a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel locally for on-ground activities.
