Job Description

The Role:

The Key Account Manager at Eggoz is responsible for managing and scaling business with leading e-commerce grocery and quick commerce platforms. The role will primarily focus on driving online sales growth, optimizing digital visibility, ensuring supply chain efficiency and building Eggoz as a preferred partner with platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own P L for assigned e-commerce accounts.
  • Drive product listing, assortment expansion, and new SKU introductions.
  • Develop joint business plans (JBP) with platforms covering sales, visibility, promotions,and innovation.
  • Ensure sales targets, margins, and profitability goals are achieved across accounts.
  • Optimize digital visibility through banners, search keywords, sponsored ads, and in-app promotions.
  • Track account-wise performance on key KPIs: GMV, fill rates, OSA (On-Shelf Availability),return/rejection rates.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies; ensure Eggoz maintains competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for digital campaigns and content tailored to e-
commerce platforms.
  • Act as single point of contact for buyer/category managers at platforms.
  • Build long-term partnerships through trust, service levels, grievance redressal and category thought leadership.
  • Manage negotiations on commercials, margins, trade terms, and visibility spends.
  • Track receivables
  • Analyze consumer behavior, basket data, and repeat rates to identify growth
opportunities.
  • Recommend data-driven actions to improve performance on each platform.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Sales with 2–6 years of experience in e-
commerce/online modern trade account management, preferably in FMCG/Food Beverages.
  • Prior exposure to perishable/fresh categories will be an added advantage.
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Superb execution and communication skills
