Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Malad West, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (Fixed Shift) Shift: Night Shift 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday) Off Days: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off About Us: The PixelArt Company is a leading player in the design industry, providing innovative creative solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage our key clients, ensuring seamless communication, service delivery, and overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications. Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and ensure their satisfaction through tailored solutions. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value. Account Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. Assist in developing strategic account plans to drive revenue and improve client satisfaction. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of new projects or services. Problem Solving & Support: Act as a problem-solver for any issues that arise with key accounts. Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
