Job Description

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager at Rishabh Software, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships in the software services domain. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic thinking and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Develop and execute strategies to expand business within existing accounts and identify new opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, supporting sales and business development efforts. - Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are successfully executed. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company. - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to ensure high retention rates. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams. - Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. - Drive strategic initiatives within the account management team to align with company goals and objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in account management or sales within software services/IT solutions. - Proven ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue growth. - Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and technology solutions. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Experience with CRM tools and account management software is preferred.,
