Job Description:
1. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements2. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives3. Ensure the correct products, offer and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner4. Making sure that the Key Account Manager is achieving business from Key Accounts from his area /segments5. Lead generation for all related products and services as per KRA-KPI6. Making sure the KAM are achieving their Target7. Support to other managers for joint account working and team for group target achievement8. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition9. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships10. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key11. Good understanding of CRM Software.
