Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. • Business Administration, Marketing, or related qualifications may be added advantage. • Proven experience (typically 5 years) in managing large Infrastructure based Construction Companies in Sales of large Capital equipment, Formworks, Moulds etc • Strong interpersonal and communication, presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels specifically Key Decision makers at the top management • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. • Ability to collect complete payments including Advance payments, running invoices etc with proper Collection tracker • Strong analytical skills to assess client data, track KPIs, and forecast account performance. • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
