Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, vendors, and channel partners across targeted sectors such as construction, interiors, solar, and home automation
  • Conduct on-ground market research to map potential demand zones and build a strong lead pipeline
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our platform at expos, industry meetups, and networking events, presenting the companys value proposition confidently and professionally
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with builders, contractors, vendors, and other decision-makers
  • Gather detailed lead information, understand customer requirements, and facilitate smooth handovers to the central sales team
  • Maintain daily activity and lead reports, ensuring all data is accurately updated in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fine-tune outreach strategies based on market feedback
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and brand alignment in all field and event interactions
  • Proactively contribute ideas and local insights to support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Be prepared to travel across the city and nearby regions as needed for meetings, field visits, or events

Preferred candidate profile

  • Street-smart and self-driven, with the ability to initiate conversations confidently and convert opportunities on the ground
  • Must have a laptop and a two-wheeler this is a field-intensive role requiring independent mobility across the city
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing outreach at construction sites, vendor hubs, and local expos
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi)
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and presentable able to represent the platform professionally at events, expos, and in customer/vendor meetings
  • Highly proactive, with a "go-getter" attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a startup environment
  • Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or construction/home improvement domain is a plus
