Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and build prospect lists using tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo

    , etc.
  • Conduct deep research on target accounts (firmographics, technographics, key stakeholders).
  • Segment and prioritize accounts based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
  • Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to key decision-makers.
  • Follow-up persistently to secure meetings and nurture interest.
  • Qualify leads using BANT or similar qualification frameworks.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align messaging and follow-up.
  • Good to have experience on:

    Zoho CRM

    ,

    Outreach.io, L&D/HR Tech

    industry

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ years of experience in

    lead generation

    or

    ABM execution

    in a B2B SaaS environment for the India / US-UK markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Cold-calling
  • Email content drafting
