Zoho Developer (6 months contract)

About the Role:

This role is critical to the success of our Zoho reimplementation initiative and ongoing data-driven decision-making across departments like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho CRM & Projects Administration

• Support the setup and optimization of modules, layouts, workflows, and automations in Zoho CRM
• Configure and maintain project templates, tasks, and milestones in Zoho Projects
• Ensure seamless data sync and handoffs between CRM and Projects modules

Zoho Analytics & Reporting

• Design and maintain dashboards using Zoho Analytics across business units
• Build custom reports for sales performance, pipeline health, marketing attribution, and renewals
• Automate reporting workflows and improve visibility for decision-makers
• Support forecasting, leading indicators, and operational metrics

Data Operations & Quality Control

• Ensure data completeness, consistency, and deduplication across CRM, Projects, and Analytics
• Implement regular checks and alerts for data hygiene
• Troubleshoot integration or sync issues within Zoho apps
• Maintain documentation of setup, processes, and user guidelines

Stakeholder Support

• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS teams to gather reporting needs and ensure dashboards reflect live business realities
• Collaborate with the CTO or external vendors as needed for escalations or platform-level changes

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem

  (task templates, project tracking, team views)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience maintaining operational workflows and reports
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to follow through on execution while managing multiple deliverables

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Zoho certifications (CRM or Analytics)
• Understanding of CRM migration or reimplementation
• Familiarity with ABM metrics, renewal tracking, or pipeline forecasting
• Experience integrating Zoho tools with Slack, email, or external platforms
