Key Account Manager

Job Description Position: Key Account Manager – Electronics Warehouse Location: Bad Ke Balaji Ajmer Road Jaipur Department: Operations / Warehouse Management Reports To: Operations Head Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee the operations of our Electronics Items Warehouse. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in warehouse and inventory management, proven ability to handle large teams (approx. 150 manpower), and prior exposure to the electronics or similar industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for electronic items, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Lead, guide, and supervise a workforce of approximately 150 employees, including supervisors and operational staff. Maintain proper inventory management, stock reconciliation, and ensure zero discrepancies. Monitor inbound and outbound activities to meet client requirements and service-level agreements. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow. Drive process improvements to optimize productivity, reduce operational costs, and maintain safety standards. Ensure timely MIS reporting and performance tracking of warehouse operations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for account management. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–10 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, preferably in the electronics or related industry. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, warehouse processes, and manpower management. Proven ability to handle large teams (approx. 150 manpower) effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/WMS software, and reporting tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
