Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly closing reports, and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation rules, and statutory requirements.
Supervise and guide the accounts team in daily tasks and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Implement and maintain internal controls for accuracy, efficiency, and fraud prevention.
Support management in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and cost-saving recommendations.
Maintain accounting software and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Handle vendor and client account reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s ).
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
