Job Description

Position: Key Account Manager (KAM)

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive sustained business growth. This role involves creating strategic account plans, delivering customized solutions, and maintaining strong client engagement. The KAM will monitor account performance, resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Maximum age: 35 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate or higher
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking sales, customer service, and portfolio management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and the local language
