Job Description

About the Role:

Habitbev seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with premium B2C accounts such as hotels, supermarkets, and online platforms. This role demands excellent relationship management, client retention skills, and consistent follow-ups to achieve significant monthly sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new accounts within the HoReCa, MT, and corporate sectors.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, manage billing cycles, and prevent service disruptions.
  • Coordinate deliveries, promotions, and manage collections.
  • Achieve monthly sales target of 4,000–5,000 cases from key accounts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years FMCG/Modern Trade/HoReCa sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and client management skills.
  • Skilled in CRM tools and Excel reporting.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused.
