Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction.
• Develop account strategies to achieve revenue growth and client retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and build long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in consulting, financial services, or B2B client management is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,256.53 - ₹20,623.32 per month
