Job Title: Telecaller Location: Lucknow,UP Job Type: Full-time Experience: [0–2 years] (Freshers can apply) Industry: Consulting/ sales Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our sales/services, answering queries, and generating sales or leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain the services offered by the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales or set appointments. Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM. Follow up with potential customers regularly. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle rejection. Basic knowledge of using computers and phone systems.
