Key Account Manager

As a Sales Manager at Gene Solutions, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Identify, map & profile key stakeholders & decision makers in the assigned accounts to implement tactics - Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing accounts - Maintain an excellent relationship with customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions - Develop Key Account Management plan & territory business plan in line with business units goals - Meet & exceed sales targets by implementing key account strategies and promoting Gene Solutions portfolio - Take responsibility for sales planning, forecasting & driving sales tactics - Develop sales activities in line with the developed business plan - Work cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing & Operations to support the plan and implementation of solutions In order to be a successful candidate for this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Life Science, Biotechnology, or related studies - Minimum 3 years of working experience, with Key account management experience being preferred - Prior experience in Oncology Dx or NIPT is a must - Desired skills include excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills - Strong understanding of market trends - Ability to build strong customer relationships - Good team player Gene Solutions is a pioneering genetic testing company in Asia dedicated to advancing healthcare through genomics and artificial intelligence.
