Job Summary

We are seeking a Bioinformatics Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with large-scale biological data, primarily next-generation sequencing (NGS) datasets, and support our research and product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze biological and genomic data, with a focus on NGS data.
• Design and implement data analysis pipelines for NGS workflows.
• Develop and apply machine learning models for classification and prediction.
• Participate in large-scale data mining, algorithm development, and model building.
• Contribute to scientific reports and publications based on biomedical data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

• English communication skills are a strong plus.

• Solid experience with Linux/Unix and command-line environments.
• Strong programming skills in R, Python, and/or BASH.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EC2, S3) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good documentation and project tracking skills.
