What are the Objectives of this Role? Develop and obtain sales targets as a commitment Support organizational strategy and sales growth in target product groups Identify new opportunities for growth and build strong relationships with customers while following up on Gene Solutions compliance guidelines Establish long-term professional relationships with targeted customer groups to promote Gene’s services. Prepare all necessary documents related to sales reports for the line manager What are the Responsibilities of this Role? Be responsible for achieving sales targets within the target product groups Do market research, build business plans, and implement sales activities to meet sales target Support and coach team members to increase their capacities Propose for the line manager the business plans to improve sales performance Collect and report customer feedback information for the line manager Proactively explore and expand new/existing customer base Build and maintain close relationships with key customers by ensuring services of Gene Solutions are met as required Perform customer contracts and liquidation agreement Manage team performance, and individual business plans by weekly and monthly Report weekly/monthly reports for line manager accurately and timely Ensure operations comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and Law. Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager We would love to hear from You if You have: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy or other Medical Sciences. Have at least 3 years’ experience in Sales Manager Role in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device company. Experience in OBYGYN, obstetrics or NIPT products . Experience in sales techniques, preferably in medical technology… Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills Excellent both oral communications and writing skills in the local native language Good English language skills Good business acumen Result-oriented in work Desire to build positive values for the community Show more Show less
