Designation : Key Account Manager Location: Mumbai Experience: 6-8 years Role & Responsibilities Map the market for opportunity for the required PG and Consumer Finance products Sourcing new partnerships for the company and farming those accounts for enhanced business Identification of the target audience/merchants within different business segments in the online space as per the agreed approach. Focus on acquisition of Large Brands Identification of the Spocs within the target merchants/partners to establish connect and discuss further Pitch and discuss the product proposition with the merchants Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue for the company Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchant/partner account management matters Work with internal product, process, marketing and tech teams to establish business synergies and seamless experience for our partners Understand market dynamics and the fintech environment, competition landscape and stay abreast of the latest changes happening in the industry to enable a high value service delivery Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Be the customer champion internally and bring in market intelligence to improve products and processes to enable best in industry propositions and practices Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives End – End ownership of the accounts managed Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Requirements Proven work experience in Corporate Sales, Partnerships & Alliances, Merchant Acquiring roles Should be well connected in the online/e – commerce space, corporates that operate in an online environment Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Demonstrable past performance of client acquisition and business farming experience Understanding how technology can work as an enabler for business Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Understanding of commercial negotiations and legal frameworks, and ability to navigate successfully through different legs of partners acquisition and business farming Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal, written communication skills and ability to work fluently with MS - Office Experience in PG/Lending based FinTech’s, Banks, NBFCs, Digital Space would be desirable Show more Show less
