Job Description

Role Overview Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and acting as the key interface between the customer and internal teams. The role involves both developing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities Key Responsibilities Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure loyalty and prevent defection to competitors.Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectivesEnsure correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the communication link between key customers and internal teamsResolve issues and complaints to maintain client trustGenerate new sales and business opportunitiesPrepare regular progress reports and forecasts Additional Clari5-Specific Duties Create revenue strategies, account plans, and business processes for dedicated account managementWork closely with partners/clients to deliver on revenue targetsAdvise and influence customers using consultative selling techniques and relevant campaignsExecute high-quality discussions with customer IT business leaders to influence strategyContinuously develop accounts for repeat business and proactively seek new opportunitiesMap key players and determine/document sales strategies for new initiativesDevelop understanding of political relationships and their impact on buying behavior Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a key account manager or in business development, preferably in IT, banking, or BFSI sectorExperience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all organizational levelsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsAttention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to influence customer decisions and develop ROI frameworksLeadership skills for motivating teams Education/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.MBA or equivalent is an advantageCandidate should have overall experience of (7-15yrs) yrs of experience. And preferably into Account Management or have worked in clients facing roles for at-least 5yrs.
