Job Description

The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with an assigned group of customer accounts. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will identify and reach out to potential customers, establish strong relationships, generate sales, and encourage repeat business. Understanding customer needs, you will recommend suitable products, services, and solutions. You will be responsible for managing sales of various products such as Oils & Fats, Sweetener Starches & Specialty Food Ing., Cocoa & Chocolate. In addition, you will delve into clients" brands and businesses, building relationships beyond the purchasing level by gaining in-depth knowledge of their business operations. Collaborating with the team, you will develop account strategies and guide the account to execute these strategies successfully. Driving growth in the FIBI business through a focus on customer needs, agility, and delivering superior customer experiences will be a key aspect of your role. Your efficient project management skills and innovative approach will help in creating demand for products and services. Keeping abreast of market segments, product knowledge, and industry trends will be essential for success in this position. Regularly engaging in status and strategy meetings with key stakeholders at the customer's end will enable you to understand their requirements better and build strong connections with the relevant top management team. You should be capable of independently resolving moderately complex issues and escalating more intricate matters to the appropriate personnel. As a qualified candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
