Partnered with esteemed universities like Rishihood University, Ajeenkya DY Patil University, and S-VYASA, NST is committed to transforming education and empowering students with a modern learning environment. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Identify, engage, and manage relationships with MNC IT Product, MNC IT Services, and GCCs to create placement and internship opportunities for NST students. - Manage end-to-end relationships with key recruiters, from outreach to post-hire feedback, ensuring successful placements. - Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into strategic partnerships and placement opportunities. - Negotiate terms, draft agreements, and finalize contracts with partners for mutual success. - Organize structured opportunities like internships, pre-placement offers, and campus hiring drives with global recruiters. - Enhance engagement with existing partners through regular communication, feedback mechanisms, and value-added initiatives. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. - Collaborate closely with academic teams to align student capabilities with industry skill requirements. - Maintain accurate databases, placement dashboards, and progress reports for transparency and tracking. **Key Skills:** - 6-12 years of business development experience in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment in higher education, EdTech, or hiring agencies. - Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts and meet placement targets effectively. - Extensive corporate network across technology companies like MNC IT Product, MNC IT Services, and GCCs. - In-depth understanding of the MNC and GCC ecosystem, technology trends, and current hiring practices. - Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with partners. - Strong analytical skills to develop innovative partnership strategies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in negotiation. - Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools and familiarity with placement management platforms. **Who we are looking for:** - Self-motivated, proactive, and driven individual committed to achieving targets. - Action-oriented with a willingness to take initiative and be hands-on in tasks. - Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Always eager to explore new possibilities and push boundaries.
