Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with our key clients. The role involves understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Monitor account performance and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Prepare and present account status reports to management.
• Resolve client issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
