Key Account Manager

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for driving the fast-growing e-commerce business and ensuring its overall success. Your primary focus will be on engaging with key customers to build strong relationships and develop Joint Business Plans (JBP). This will involve planning and implementing the 6P Strategy with customers to ensure alignment with quarterly Grids for promotions, activations, content, pricing, and visibility. Collaboration with Brand and Digital teams will also be necessary to integrate and execute brand strategies online effectively. Your role will require working closely with the field and operations teams to ensure seamless business deliveries. You will play a crucial role in exploring new business formats, staying updated on evolving trends, and identifying impactful insights through platform engagement and analytics tools for informed decision-making. Promo & Budget Planning, as well as customer-level spend planning, will be essential to maintain profitability at the customer level. Ownership of Customer level Commercial business planning (CBP) for stock planning and coordination with the field/operations team for smooth business delivery will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with CSNL for the transition to Direct and manage Direct deliveries as a focus area. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA or equivalent from a reputable institute, along with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in General Trade/Modern Trade/E-commerce, preferably in consumer products/FMCG.
