Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at ARaymond's Clipping Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships in the Clips North Region. Your responsibilities will include: - Execution of the business development plan for the West Clips region as set by the Head of Department - Sales forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and yearly budgeting - Achieving sales targets for the year and developing new markets/customers - Handling customer product queries and ensuring timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries - Conducting regular visits to customers, maintaining customer/business database, and nurturing healthy business relations - Providing in-depth research on competition, pricing, and upcoming projects at OEMs & Tier-1s - Generating new product ideas, analyzing lost RFQs, and handling product quotations - Attending training programs and seminars for self-learning and skill enhancement - Ensuring compliance with ISO 27K information security policies and procedures Qualifications and Experience: - B.E. / B.Tech with 12 to 15 years of experience Skills Required: Technical Skills: - RFQ & Quotation Drafting - Data & Analytical Skills - Tool Knowledge - Knowledge of SAP - Operational Feasibility Study - Project Management Functional Skills: - Customer Relationship Management - Key Account Management - Planning and Budgeting - Market and Competition Analysis - Negotiation Skills - Product Knowledge - Networking Skills Behavioural Skills: - Team-Working - Customer Service Orientation - Decision Making - Communication Skills Joining ARaymond means becoming a part of a global sales team dedicated to innovation and sustainability.
