We are committed to delivering customer-centric solutions and enabling organizations to achieve efficiency, accuracy, and growth.Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our high-value clients. The KAM will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving software adoption, and identifying growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients across industries.• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing queries and ensuring smooth communication.• Understand client business processes and challenges to provide customized AlignBooks ERP solutions.• Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.• Conduct regular account reviews and share performance reports with clients.• Stay updated on AlignBooks features and industry trends to position solutions effectively.• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.• Resolve client escalations promptly and maintain high levels of customer retention.• Build internal relationships with product and technical teams to deliver client requirements.Key Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).• 3–6 years of proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in SaaS / ERP / Accounting software.• Strong understanding of accounting/finance workflows and ERP systems.• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.• Ability to analyse client needs and translate them into effective solutions.• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.• Target-driven with a customer-first mindset.
