Role Overview: The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing loan applications, analyzing financial documents, evaluating creditworthiness, and recommending loan decisions in line with internal policies and risk frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate business loan proposals received from sales teams and channels. Analyze financial statements, bank statements, GST returns, ITRs, and other business documents. Conduct background checks, market references, and due diligence on applicants. Perform credit risk assessment and prepare detailed credit appraisal notes. Recommend sanction decisions within defined authority levels or escalate for approval. Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Risk teams for smooth processing. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications & Skills: CA Intermediate/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related fields. 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst / Underwriter in NBFC/Bank (Business Loans / SME Loans preferred). Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, and credit risk evaluation. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial ratio analysis. Good communication, documentation, and decision-making skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
