Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sanction Site Visits

• Conduct physical verification of applicant’s residence and business location.
• Capture geo-tagged photos of premises, machinery, inventory, and business activities (as per company policy).
• Interact with applicants, neighbours, and local references to validate business stability and reputation.
• Check business operations, customer footfall, stock levels, and overall environment.

2. Document & Information Verification

• Verify KYC documents, business registrations, GST data, invoices, rental agreements, utility bills, and other proofs.
• Ensure all information submitted by the customer matches ground reality.

3. Risk Assessment

• Identify red flags such as mismatched information, closed premises, abnormal activity, over-stated turnover, or suspicious behaviour.
• Evaluate business cash flow potential and repayment capability.
• Provide qualitative assessment about financial health and operational capacity.

4. Reporting

• Prepare clear and detailed site visit reports in the company format.
• Upload photographs, videos (if permitted), and documents on CRM/app.
• Ensure same-day submission of reports for timely credit decisions.

5. Compliance & Ethics

• Follow NBFC policies, RBI guidelines, and data privacy standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Ensure professional and non-intrusive behaviour during visits.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Local area knowledge and ability to travel extensively
• Basic financial understanding (turnover, stock, margins etc.)
• Report writing and smartphone app handling
• Attention to detail and risk identification capabilities
• Integrity and discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
