Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
