Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Relationship Manager based in Tamulpur. The selected individual will be responsible for managing relationships with merchants, assisting them in utilizing Pay1 services, and addressing their queries or concerns. The Junior Relationship Manager will actively engage with retailers, ensure smooth onboarding of new partners, provide training on service offerings, and support business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance merchant engagement and transaction volumes.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship management skills to engage with merchants and stakeholders effectively
• Basic knowledge of financial services such as money transfers, loans, and utility payments
• Communication and interpersonal skills to provide training and address queries with clarity
• Problem-solving abilities to identify retailer challenges and offer timely solutions
• Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
• High level of self-motivation and a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in local languages spoken in the Tamulpur region
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
