Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing retailers, onboarding new retailers, and providing training and support to ensure effective usage of Pay1's services. The role also involves identifying and resolving issues faced by retailers, gathering feedback, and collaborating with the internal team to improve service offerings. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer relationship management Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Understanding of retail operations and financial services is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Show more Show less
