Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Adilabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with retailers, identifying business opportunities, providing product training and support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes conducting market research, analyzing trends, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Strong relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
Experience in sales, business development, and market research
Ability to provide training and support to retailers
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of retail sector and FinTech industry is a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
