Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing retailers, onboarding new retailers, and providing training and support to ensure effective usage of Pay1's services. The role also involves identifying and resolving issues faced by retailers, gathering feedback, and collaborating with the internal team to improve service offerings.
