With a network of over 300,000 merchants and more than 50,000 active retailers, Pay1 is at the forefront of integrating retail, finance, and consumer technology to create a unique business ecosystem in the Indian market.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing retailers, onboarding new retailers, and providing them with the necessary training and support. Day-to-day tasks include addressing retailer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring retailer satisfaction, and promoting the company's services. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with other teams to improve service offerings and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

Relationship management and customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in training and onboarding new clients or partners
Ability to work on-site in Delhi
Experience in the retail or technology sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
