Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Relationship Manager located in Jammu. The Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing retailers, assisting in the onboarding process of new retailers, providing support and training, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Daily tasks also include tracking performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring retailers are fully utilizing Pay1's services.

• Experience in relationship management or customer support
• Ability to work with performance metrics and data analysis
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of the retail sector in India is an advantage
