Role Description

The Junior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bundu. The role involves building and managing relationships with retail merchants, understanding their business needs, and assisting them in utilizing Pay1's services effectively. The Junior Relationship Manager will regularly interact with retailers, handle inquiries, and ensure the smooth delivery of Pay1's solutions. Additional responsibilities include gathering feedback to contribute to service improvement and achieving assigned performance targets through active engagement with clients.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and basic computer applications.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to handling merchant issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer relationship management is a plus.
• A basic understanding of retail operations and financial services is advantageous.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
