Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chakradharpur for a Junior Relationship Manager. The Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, solving their queries, and providing exceptional customer support. Other responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with the sales and services team, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions.
