Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Punch for a Junior Relationship Manager. The Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs, and providing support for the adoption of Pay1’s services. Key responsibilities include onboarding new merchants, offering training on service functionalities, assisting with queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction and engagement with the available solutions.

Qualifications

Customer Relationship Management and Client Support skills
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
Knowledge of the retail industry or experience in merchant onboarding is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Punch and possess time management skills
Proficiency with basic software tools and CRM platforms is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
