Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing relationships with new and existing clients.
Handle client queries via calls, emails and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Support senior relationship managers in client onboarding and documentation processes.
Understand client needs and provide accurate basic information about products or services.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain and update accurate client records and interaction details in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Support sales activities, including lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
Achieve assigned service, relationship and performance targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
