Assist in creating and posting compelling job descriptions on various job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including online databases, social media, professional networking sites, and internal referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain and update candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition into the company.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and top-tier talent to Spark Nova Tech Solutions.
Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and priorities for various roles.
Participate in career fairs, university recruitment events, and other networking opportunities as needed.
Assist in maintaining recruitment reports and dashboards.
A strong interest and eagerness to pursue a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and professional relationships.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prior internship or academic project experience in Human Resources or recruitment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Basic understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate experience principles.
Awareness of social media recruitment strategies.
