• Assist in the development and implementation of purchase plans to meet organizational needs.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors, ensuring they meet quality and cost standards.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide support.
• Stay updated on market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to procurement and vendor management.
  

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a day schedule, requiring on-site presence.
