Job description Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful completion of warehouse construction current and upcoming projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and Labor contractors to achieve project milestones. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Implement and maintain safety and quality standards. Provide strategic direction to ensure projects align with company objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the entire project construction management of the project Coordinate with concerned department for taking all licenses, statutory approvals and policies required for the project Looking after execution of civil, PEB MEP works of project with all integrated service Managing all the Labor & Sub-contractors at site and PMC for the timely completion of project with optimum quality and approved cost of project Site Execution, vendor management, planning scheduling of project Cost analysis, tracking and monitoring project in terms of conducting progress review meeting (daily, weekly monthly) and analyzing the achievement of milestone activities critical path of activities Preparing/reviewing daily, weekly monthly progress reports and presenting to senior management Ensuring quality safety during project execution. Project billing payments. Ensuring project handover with technical completion and commercial closure of project. Eligibility Criteria: B-Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed recognized institute. Minimum Experience: 15 + Years (5+ Years in Warehousing) Well-versed in working on IT tools like MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc. In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards. Pipe Laying of RCC NP3 Pipeline of higher dia like 1600mm, 2000mm, 2200mm Level of Pipeline should be maintained as per L section as the line is gravity Preparation of site reports Desired Candidate Profile Civil engineer with 3 or more years of experience in Sewarage or Water supply projects. Should have sound knowledge of the field and should be capable enough to execute higher diameter pipeline projects. Working experience should be from contractor side. Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requisitions. Follow-up with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch, and timely delivery. Role & responsibilities Process and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable. Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and databases (both physical and digital). Manage invoices, Invoice Validation and material receipts, and other financial documents and enter the daily financial transactions in Tally ERP. Maintain Petty Cash.
